The Elmhurst Lions Club recently presented a $3,000 donation to Elmhurst University’s Speech-Language-Hearing Clinic, which provides a comprehensive range of services for children and adults with communication needs. Located in the Health Sciences Building on the Elmhurst University campus, the clinic offers evaluation and treatment in individual and group therapy sessions. The Elmhurst University Speech-Language-Hearing Clinic does not charge set fees for services. Instead, clients are invited to support the clinic through a donation. “This is what “We Serve” is all about—neighbors helping neighbors and making a real impact right here in Elmhurst,” stated the Elmhurst Lions Club in a social media post regarding its donation.
