Three Elmhurst Police Department (EPD) supervisors were promoted to new ranks during last week’s Elmhurst City Council meeting. Mayor Scott Levin administered oaths of office to the three supervisors during the May 4 meeting. Steve Mandat, a 23-year member of the EPD, was promoted to Deputy Chief of Police. Anthony Cuzzone, who has been with the EPD for 20 years, was promoted to Commander. Timothy Jorgensen, a 14-year EPD member, was promoted to Sergeant. (Submitted photos)
